Here is a recording of one the two sessions I recently gave at the 2018 Out Of Chicago Summer Photography Conference. It’s a complete audio recording and slideshow. It will be like you were there with me and I hope you will find it informative and thought-provoking.
This presentation, titled Better Living Through Photography, is one that I have spent a lot of time preparing and I believe it says a lot of things about photography that should be said.
However, it barely scratches the surface, when it comes to identifying and fighting all the things that hold us back and prevent us from being successful and realized photographers.
In order to go deeper, I will expand the topics I cover there (and many others) into a series of more in-depth lessons that I am presently working on. When those are released, my plan is to make them available for free, at least for a limited amount of time and to a small number of people.
If you like the idea of living a better, more contented life through your photography, you are welcome to sign up at BetterLivingThroughPhotography.com. I will let you know as soon as I have the first chapters available.
I welcome any feedback and constructive criticism you might want to give me. If you feel comfortable doing so in public, I encourage you to submit a comment on this very blog post. Doing so will foster an open discussion, which I believe could be very interesting.
The recording of the second session will be online soon. Stay tuned!
